A lot of my meals are dictated by what vegetables are ready to be harvested, rather than planning a menu in advance. This requires some flexibility, after all, nature isn’t going to work around my food plans.
We also have different food preferences e.g., I like spicy food, whereas there are many people who don’t.
Therefore rather than sharing traditional recipes, I have created a selection of recipe concepts to help inspire you, as they have done for me.
